VATECH to spin off its Marketing Division VATECH announced on July 6 that it has decided to spin off its Domestic Marketing Division through the physical separation method and form a new company, tentatively named “VATECH Korea”. The newly established corporation will perform marketing and customer service of medical equipment including dental digital x-ray equipment. The extra-ordinary shareholders meeting to approve the corporate separation plan is scheduled for August 24 and it will take effect on August 26. |
