Since the patient is now 20 years old and the third molars has erupted already along side with mobility of the canines already progressing. I decided to extract the deciduous canines and replace immediately with dental implants and since esthetics demands is great, and bone to implant contact is expected to be very good, I did immediate loading with no occlusal contact. Final restoration will be a porcelain crown.
